STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Property and risk in goods shall pass to buyer upon delivery, buyer shall inspect goods upon delivery and delivery of goods shall be conclusive evidence of inspection, buyer is liable for collection and legal cost incurred by seller in recovering outstanding payment for goods, after delivery, none of the goods itemized and sold on this invoice are refundable for cash, exchange or credit any such goods which at the seller’s discretion are accepted as a return will be subjected to 6% handling fee providing the item and packaging are not damage. Dishonored cheques will be reported to the relevant authorities.

All Returns must be accompanied with original invoice/receipt
The Buyer has 24 hours to inform the company of the return
Item must be returned in its original package and seal intact and not damaged
All returns are subjected to a return fee upon request
